What was the highlight of Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok

Cheap & cheerful apartment with very helpful staff, spoiled by its location.

Helpful staff and the room met our expectations having stayed there before many years previously. We had two urgent maintenance issues during our 4 night stay, including one on a Sunday evening, but they were dealt with almost immediately by the onsite maintenance staff, so we were extremely impressed with them.

The location has changed considerably since we last visited the aparthotel 17 years ago, and the area is now a lot seedier than it was when we first went there. Furthermore, going there during the latter stages of the Songkran festival was a bad move as our second night there coincided with the last night of Songkran and unfortunately a bar opposite the front of the hotel held an extremely loud celebration party well into the early hours meaning we were unable to get to sleep until around 3am. This was despite the fact we were at the rear of the hotel 5 floors up!!

Smack in the middle of things with TukTuk Service

Nice hotel, big rooms (apartment style with kitchenette). All in all I liked the room which was quiet - a bit dark though and the view was to a backyard. There is free coffee in the lobby until 18.00. Staff is polite and friendly. A plus: There is a Tuk-Tuk service taking you to the main road and sky train. You need to know that you are right in the middle of things here - you are in Soi 11 after all. You have got 7/11s, bars, restaurants right at your finger tips which can mean: some noise at times. My room was very quiet. The roof top pool does not look like the 1st picture here at booking.com. Sun beds are totally different - no cushions. But it is nice to be up there in the breeze. Pool is long enough to get a good swim. I liked it.

Nothing to complain about - cheaper price would always be nice :)

cheap ok hotel, but noisy.

Clean hotel, good size room, lots of facilities, nice small pool, good staff, good location to get to everywhere in Bangkok.

Very noise at night you can hear all the music and the cars outside, the music does not stop until well past 3am. The bed is small for 2 people.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable stay

The staff were excellent and great hospitality and friendliness by the front desk team. Check in was smooth, got upgraded to a nice room on the top floor aswell. The location is excellent but a bit noisy at night due to the night clubs below as my window was facing the main street. It didn't really bother me much though. Otherwise a clean and comfy place to stay. Will definitely consider coming back in the future. Overall good value for your money.

Location is greath, close to shopping and restaurants and nightlife, u find it all on Sukhumvit 11

It was ok, I spend some nights there 10 years ago, so the room need some renewing soon.

The double room on the good right side of the hotel, big and very well equiped, the breakfast at the Mercure hotel, and the location very close to the BTS.

From one room to another the experience is completly different: double room on one side of the hotel is big and very comfortable, and on the other side it is very noisy and dark because of the other building and all the air cond.

Location was convenient, the staff were helpful, and the complimentary tuk Tuk to and from Nana station was convenient!

Clean, well maintained hotel room with a variety of good walk-to restaurants

Friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Big rooms with kitchenette. Token operated laundromat on the top floor next to swimming pool & small equipment gym which one could use while waiting for clothes washer or dryer to complete cycle.

Though the hotel has no control over the nearby bars and clubs, the noise lasts past 12 midnight and sleeping late is a bit tough as other guests and housekeeping are in the hallway by mid morning. The rooms less effected by the noise are in the back facing another building where you can see the residents and they can see you IF you don’t use window sheer & curtain (i.e. not a desirable view and little to no sunlight). All good. Great location and helpful staff.

There is a very loud nightclub / entertainment venue on one side of the hotel. Probably best not to stay on that side of the building if you value sleep.

Next door was a nightclub thumping out music late into the night so couldnt sleep properly but complained it seem to work in last few days of stay No walk in shower ie..bath tub shower so difficult to get in n out of it ..must remember next time Erratic hot n cold pressure...shower didn't work properly

Cozy accomodations in the heart of soi 11

We ended up staying at many hotels in the area but this was probably the best overall quality for value.
